How can I place an order?

You can place your order on our website or via WhatsApp.

 

Where can I see the status of my booking?

You will be notified about your order status through WhatsApp and email.

 

Can I track my order?

You will be notified via email when your order is on the way.

 

What are your payment methods and terms?

You can deposit and pay the remaining costs through online payment.

 

What is the grantee deposit and is it refundable?

The grantee deposit is 50% of the total cost and it is refundable if all returned items are undamaged.

 

Until when can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order 24 hours before the delivery date.

 

Will I get my deposit back when I cancel on the delivery date?

We will refund the deposit, if the cancellation is done 24 hours before the delivery date. On the occasion of same-day cancellation of the delivery date, we will give you a voucher of the amount of your deposit, so you can use it anytime for your next booking.

 

What are non-refundable items?

The non-refundable items are food and drinks.

 

Do you offer packages for more than six people?

We offer a range of package options. If you wish packages for more than six people, we recommend adding items or packages.

 

Can I add items to a package?

The packages come with a wide selection of items, however, it is always possible to add items from our product list.

Can I remove items of the packages?

Although it is possible to add on the packages, it is not possible to remove certain items of a complete package set.

 

How many hours can I rent the items?

You can choose from our flexible rental timings, starting from one hour to four hours with the option to extend until 12am.

How many days do I need to book, so that my items get delivered on time?

You can book 2 days before your delivery date. In case of short-noticed order, we offer a same day booking before 10am.


How can I change the delivery date or location?

To change the delivery date or location, you can send a message on WhatsApp.

Do you deliver to all Emirates?

Currently we offer our rental service only in Dubai, however, we are working on launching this service to other Emirates soon.
